The Process
Initiated by the applicant, our tenant screening report proceeds as follows:
- We obtain the applicant’s consent along with an online payment to conduct the report.
- We conduct a credit history, criminal history, rental history, and eviction history check.
- Applicants who meet the Realtor’s or landlord’s requirements will be accepted as tenants.
- Applicants who do not meet the Realtor’s or landlord’s requirements will be denied tenancy.
