His legal career began in Dallas in the area of large-scale, complex litigation matters in state and federal court and appellate cases before the Texas Supreme Court. Over time, Michael’s practice gravitated towards real estate law, commercial contracts, business law, publicly-traded securities, as well as merger and acquisition transactions for medium to large-size companies. In 2008, Michael relocated to the Houston area and founded his own law practice, focusing on real estate matters, representation of landlords and property management companies in litigation, and general representation of small to medium-size companies and business professionals throughout the Houston area.

As Michael’s law practice gravitated more and more towards real estate law, contracts law, and business representation, the excitement of helping clients achieve their real estate goals prompted him to launch his real estate career in 2013. Now in addition to his law practice, Michael has the privilege of assisting buyers, sellers, owners, and tenants of residential, commercial, and investment properties in achieving their real estate goals!
